2. The burrs, succulents, bulging boxes and bumps caused by wrong boxes on the motor shell should be smoothed, and the amount of shovel should be controlled to prevent defects in the aluminum motor shell.

3. When grinding the motor shell, the grinding wheel should be selected according to the material of the motor shell. The grinding wheel should be free of cracks, securely installed, and have a protective cover.

4. Grind and smooth all non-processed surfaces, including the parting lines and the inner cavity cast nodules.

5. The casting hole should be opened, and the exposed part should be polished smoothly.

6. The sand inclusions on the surface of the motor shell should be removed.
